The hotel is conveniently close to the pleasure Beach and South Shore tram stop. The rooms were not spacious enough for two adults and two kids, with some cleanliness issues and outdated furniture. The service was outstandingly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location was the highlight of our stay, being perfect for visiting pleasure beach and the seafront. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some dishes not meeting expectations. The facilities, including a pool table, were basic but sufficient for a short stay.

The hotel room was quite disappointing overall, with very dirty and small accommodations for a family of four. The bathroom was also unclean, and the carpet had an old, unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the beds were a good size, even though they had a strange odor. One major downside was that the toilet was not attached to the room.
