The hotel is conveniently close to the pleasure Beach and South Shore tram stop. The rooms were not spacious enough for two adults and two kids, with some cleanliness issues and outdated furniture. The hotel room was quite disappointing overall, with very dirty and small accommodations for a family of four. The bathroom was also unclean, and the carpet had an old, unpleasant smell.
